These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 555tt ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

To use 555tt services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. 555tt conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its identity and age verification obligations. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player may register only one account on the 555tt platform. Any attempt to create multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, phone number, and residential address during registration. These details must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.
• 555tt reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement, to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 555tt will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel.
• If you suspect that your 555tt account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 555tt immediately at [email protected]. 555tt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to notify 555tt promptly.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 555tt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and related payment matters:

• The minimum deposit amount at 555tt is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although high-value deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence under 555tt's anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 555tt account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 555tt reserves the right to require that withdrawals are made to the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• 555tt processes withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable. Most withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are completed within minutes of approval. Bank card withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Deposits made by bonus credit, promotional credit, or free bets do not contribute to the withdrawable balance until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any uncleared bonus balance.
• 555tt reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is significantly higher than the account's deposit history or where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal gameplay behaviour.
• All deposits to 555tt must come from payment accounts owned by and registered in the name of the 555tt account holder. Deposits from payment accounts in third-party names will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

555tt may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all 555tt promotions:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been cleared within the stipulated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are separate from the real-money balance. Stake from real-money balance is typically applied before bonus balance stake, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

• Bets accepted by 555tt are final once confirmed by the platform. 555tt reserves the right to void bets that were placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or obvious system fault, and to return the original stake to the player's account in such cases.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on 555tt's server, the server-side record shall be the definitive record for the purposes of determining the outcome of any game or bet.

Any winnings derived from exploiting a platform error are not considered legitimate winnings and will be voided. The account associated with such activity will be reviewed and may be permanently closed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555tt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

555tt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• 555tt has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has requested account closure or self-exclusion, in which case 555tt will process the closure as promptly as possible and return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• 555tt is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or directive from a competent authority.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555tt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical failures; loss of winnings due to server outages; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds displayed due to a data feed error; or any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

555tt's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 555tt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 555tt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

12. Amendments to These Terms

555tt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 555tt will endeavour to notify registered players by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.
